About us

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, I am able to do the work I love while being there for my 8 year old son, as I am a single mom balancing work life.

I have a very flexible schedule for my clients, and can do remote planning for out of province brides-to-be at your convenience. 



 

Turning Adversity into Opportunity: A New Beginning

After leaving a career in EMS as an EMT-PCP, since 2007,  I made the choice to start over after a career ending injury.
My interests & passion towards beautiful things, and designing gorgeous art for events & weddings lead me to start, "CK Design Studio"

My experience as a first responder has equipped me with resilience, quick decision-making, empathy, and the ability to thrive under pressure—qualities that are highly valued in many fields.
